Success at Silverstone - September 2006

September saw Technosport compete for the first time at Silverstone Grand Prix circuit in the Dutch Supercar Challenge support race to the illustrious Britcar 24 hour. 

There were two races to be held over the motorsport on Friday and Saturday with the 24 hour following the second race. The team spent Thursday testing and competed in Friday's and Saturday's race. Friday's race was a close call. Team Technosport were leading the race at the halfway mark, but due to a slow pitstop finished 4th overall.

On Saturday with the car 4th on the grid the team lined up for the second race. After a hectic 50 minutes the team finished not only 1st in class but won the race overall, which was a great result!
